• outdoor gas heater and family-size BBQ;
  
• mobile gazebo for outdoor relaxing on the back lawn;
  
• 2 TVs (plus selection of DVDs, including a range of kids titles);
  
• fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family-size fridge and freezer, rice-cooker, electric frypan, wok, vegetable steamer and vitamizer;
  
• superior quality linen and towels plus electric blankets on all beds;
  
• full laundry facilities including separate shower and heated towel rails (we provide some clothes washing detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing detergent for the kitchen and dishwasher.)
  
• For children, we have a rumpus room with student's desk, chalkboard wall, Leggo, totem tennis, plus practice wall for tennis. Hilltops are ideal for flying kites while the country roads are perfect for bike rides or walks. (For infants, a porta cot, high chair, pram and bath are available upon request).
• Our large breakfast basket is brimming with farm fresh eggs and bread, jam, honey, butter, a variety of cereals, milk, juice, tea, coffee and sugar. There are a variety of fresh herbs in our outdoor garden, including some seasonal vegetables for guests' use,  and a limited supply of dried herbs in the house to assist with your meal preparation.
