In creating truly a "home away from home" we strive to ensure your stay is brimming with all those little extras that make a memorable visit. Features include:

• 3 bedrooms (1 queen, plus 2 x two singles);
  
• a large family room plus a separate loungeroom with leather suites and sofa beds;
  
• outdoor deck off the family room with patio setting;
  
• spa-bath in contemporary bathroom;
  
• exposed brick hearth with wood-burning heater in family room plus split system (heating/cooling);
  
• private pool with outdoor entertainment area;
  
• outdoor gas heater and family-size BBQ;
  
• mobile gazebo for outdoor relaxing on the back lawn;
  
• 2 TVs (plus selection of DVDs, including a range of kids titles);
  
• fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family-size fridge and freezer, rice-cooker, electric frypan, large and small woks, vegetable steamer, vitamizer, juicer and sandwich maker;
  
• quality linen and towels plus electric blankets on all beds;
  
• full laundry facilities including separate shower and second toilet. We provide some clothes washing detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing detergent for the kitchen and dishwasher. 
  
• For children, we have a rumpus room with student's desk, chalkboard wall, Leggo, totem tennis, plus practice wall for tennis. Hilltops are ideal for flying kites while the country roads are perfect for bike rides or walks. For infants, a porta cot, high chair, stroller and bath are available upon request.
• Our optional large breakfast basket is brimming with farm fresh eggs and bread, jam, honey, butter, a variety of cereals, milk, juice, tea, coffee and sugar. 
• There are a variety of fresh herbs in our outdoor garden, including some seasonal vegetables for guests' use,  and a limited supply of dried herbs in the house to assist with your meal preparation.
