Booking Details
Each guest booking — whether it is for a family of 10 or party of 2 — receives the entire, exclusive use of the Farmstay lodging for themselves and their guests only (ie: we do not combine guests).
Two night minimum stay applies.

Payment & Deposit
A deposit of your first night is due at the time of booking, with the balance due one week prior to check in. An invoice will be emailed for the Deposit and/or the full Tariff. Payment can be made using your credit card or by direct deposit.
Cancellations: Please note any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date may forfeit the deposit. Genuine compassionate reasons may be accepted at our discretion.
What’s included?
Exclusive Use of the Entire Farmhouse, all animal feeding sessions & activities. Bellevue is a self-catered stay, with a fully equipped kitchen for guests to prepare meals at their own pace.
2 Night Stays include one (1) Full Feeding Session.
3 Night Stays offer two (2) Full Feeding Sessions.
4 Night Stays offer three (3) Full Feeding Sessions.
On your departure day we can offer a smaller custom Mini Feeding session (this must be booked in advance).
what if we have to reschedule or cancel our trip?
We understand that trips sometime get interrupted so please reach out to us as soon as there is an issue, as any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date may forfeit the deposit. Genuine compassionate reasons may be accepted at our discretion.
can we bring our dog?
We love dogs and welcome them to Bellevue Farmstay but only by specific prior arrangement with Bellevue’s owners, the Couch Family.
