rates

Exclusivity: Each booking — whether it is for a family of 10 or party of 2 — receives the entire, exclusive use of the Farmstay for themselves and their guests only (ie: we do not combine guests).

Rates:  Starting from $495 inc GST  per night (4 people) and a three night minimum applies. Please contact us directly for tariffs at lisa@bellevuefarmstay.com

Deposit: A deposit of your first night is due at the time of booking, with the balance paid on arrival. An invoice will be emailed for the Deposit and/or the full tariff if requested.  We do not have credit card facilities. 

Cancellations: Please note any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date may forfeit the deposit. Genuine compassionate reasons may be accepted at our discretion.
