Reservations
Each booking — whether it is for a family of 10 or party of 2 — receives the entire, exclusive use of the Farmstay lodging for themselves and their guests only (ie: we do not combine guests).
Rates: Starting from $550 per night (4 people) and a two night minimum applies. Please contact us directly for tariffs at lisa@bellevuefarmstay.com
Deposit: A deposit of your first night is due at the time of booking, with the balance paid on arrival. An invoice will be emailed for the Deposit and/or the full tariff if requested. We do now accept credit cards and EFTPOS.
Cancellations: Please note any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date may forfeit the deposit. Genuine compassionate reasons may be accepted at our discretion.

can we bring our dog?
We love dogs and welcome them to Bellevue Farmstay but only by specific prior arrangement with Bellevue’s owners, the Couch Family.
As we are a working farm surrounded by domestic stock (cows, sheep, alpacas, camel, deer, horses, etc) along with native wildlife (birds, koalas, kangaroos etc) we respectfully ask for your consideration as follows:
If this is your dog’s first visit to a farm, please consider your dog’s feelings. It will be very strange and can be very frightening for your pet. Because you are looking forward to your family’s visit to the farm, don’t assume your much loved dog will feel the same way. It can be very overwhelming particularly if he/she has not been exposed to socializing with other animals in particular.
Dogs are not allowed inside the farm house at any time. This rule is of particular concern. We do have a back porch/ children’s rumpus room area at the rear of the house where your dog is welcome to sleep under cover.
Dogs are to be tied up at all times when you are not supervising them.
Obedient dogs can accompany you supervised on Farmstay walks however more rambunctious dogs must be on a lead/leash and supervised at all times. We suggest that on your first day arrival, come and meet us at the top house with your dog on a leash (as we have sheep and alpacas nearby).
Please consider other guests and clean up your dog’s deposits.
All care and responsibility for your pet is yours. The owners of Bellevue are not responsible if your dog is injured during your stay at Bellevue Farmstay.
The liability for any dog that causes damage or injury to persons or property shall be with the dog’s owner. This includes damage necessitating re-instatement to the farm house garden and also damage as a result of scratching wire doors etc.
A $300 bond is required when paying deposit. Providing there is no damage caused, it will be returned to you upon your departure. Failure to obey all of the above may regretfully result in you being asked to leave Bellevue Farmstay.
